ugh

Running:
40 min, 6400 steps, 2.42 miles, 333 calories burned
This run started out pretty well considering the lack of shade and not
running at this altitude in 2 weeks. But I was sick too so I was
coughing up crap the whole time and by the end I had to stop a few
times. This was a lousy mile but hopefully things will improve now that
work is over.

20 minutes of pilates
200 crunches, 20 pushups
and some weight lifting to help get rid of my slouch
