do a lunge today.

Did I already mention how much I love this pedometer? I'm not sure how accurate it is but it's something to get excited about I guess.

Highlight of my day was finding a random trail made for horses and knowing that I was on the boundaries of a shooting range and thinking the whole time, when am I going to get out of this trail? What if someone shoots me and no one knows where I am? Luckily I made it out safely :-)

Also today was a day where I wouldn't take a million dollars for a glass of water or a Capri Sun Big Pouch

ok so i did like 6 minutes of dancing and then maybe 15 minutes of
weight training, then 225 crunches and 30 pushups
