breathtaking

went on a 6 mile hike up Lily Mountain in Estes Park today with Clark. It was rough on my knees on the way down especially when I kept slipping but the hike to the summit was WELL worth it!

soo tired this morning but somehow i got through it

I would've been able to keep track of how many miles I ran but I dropped my pedometer on the sidewalk in front of my house so oops oh well.

facing the altitude

50 minutes of running outside. Encountered 4 hills on the way back and stopped after I reached the top even though I pushed myself to run up each hill.

15 minutes of strength training afterwards.
